Militec-1 Automotive Applications

Militec-1'S new technology smoothes and seals metal by molecularly bonding synthetic hydrocarbons to metal surfaces. Metal surfaces may be conditioned directly with Militec-1, or in combination with grease, oil or other fluid lubrication systems.

The product does not contain PTFE resins, coatings, metals, solvents, or chlorinated paraffins. The molecular bonding process creates extreme pressure anti-friction properties as well as lubrication enhancement.

Militec-1 Instructions for Automotive Applications

Below are suggested directions for using Militec-1 in cars, trucks, motorcycles etc.

• Gasoline, Diesel and Propane Engines: Add 8 ounces for a 4 to 6 quart/liter engine oil crankcase capacity every 15,000 miles (24,000 km). For larger engines, add 2 ounces per quart/liter of engine oil every 15,000 miles (24,000 km). Change oil at the manufacturers' recommended oil change intervals.
• Transmissions (Manual): Add 4 ounces every 30,000 miles (48,000 km).
• Transmissions (Automatic): Add 4 ounces every 15,000 miles (24,000 km).
• Transfer Case: Add 4 ounces every 30,000 miles (48,000 km).
• Differentials: Add 2 ounces every 30,000 miles (48,000 km).
• Power Steering: Add 1 ounce every 30,000 miles (48,000 km).
• Air Conditioner: Add ½ ounce when charging with refrigerant.
• Wheel Bearings: Coat metal surface with Militec-1 before packing with grease containing 10% to 15% Militec-1 or use Militec EP-2 Grease.
• Motorcycle: Common sumps, add 1 ounce per each quart/liter of oil in sump.
• Two-Cycle: Add 2 ounces per each quart/liter of two-cycle oil.
